含硼生铁生产硼钢新工艺的基础研究

0．000 5％一0．005％)的硼可提高钢的淬透性，在不影响塑性和韧性的前提下，大幅度提高钢的强度。世界著名的奔驰汽车的传动齿轮和轴都是用硼钢制造的；硼钢可代替低铬、镍合金钢应用于轻武器的制备上；硼钢被广泛地应用于拖拉机、机床及矿床用的各种机械部件的制备；应用硼钢可代替或节省我国缺少的铬、镍、钼等金属资源；此外由于硼具有俘获中子的能力，在核工业中硼钢也得到了广泛应用。我国辽东地区硼铁矿储量达2．8亿t，其中B：O，储量为2 184万t，占全国硼储量的56％，属大型硼矿?。科研工作者们经过大量的工作，提出了火法工艺技术路线，即“硼铁矿高炉分离生产含硼生铁及富硼渣”的新工艺。本文基于资源综合利用的思想以及解决目前生产硼钢中的一些问题，提出了以含硼生铁为原料直接冶炼硼钢新工艺。传统的冶炼硼钢工艺是在炼钢后期先插铝、加入钛、锆、钙等脱氧定氮，然后加入硼铁合金。这种工艺的缺点是硼在钢中的分布不均匀及硼的利用率不高，生产成本也较高J。

Abstract:

Oxidation patter of carbon in pig iron containing boron and Fe-C binary system or Fe-C-Si ternary system at different conditions is studied and discussed respectively. It proves that producing boron steel with pig iron containing boron is practicable. It offers theoretic foundation on the new methods of producing boron steel.[著者文摘]
